Fearing that, if he proposes he might loose her. He goes mad and he finally goes gods grace.
Case 2): This young generation is so fast that they propose very quickly and really quickly,
so quickly that they will hear the comment "We met just a few minutes ago and u proposed, you looser" by the young ladies out there.
Considering the above cases, to get to know the average time when to propose a gal is very tough, infact its NP Hard i.e.,
its exponential, even gods are working on it since ages...
